A Moment of CertaintyI was not able to write for more than 10 minutes at a time. Sometimes I would have my mom help me write my homework. It was not just the writing. I had trouble walking, and every morning I would wake up and need a lot of help preparing myself for school. I did not think that this was too serious until I heard it from the doctor. After countless tests and over two years of enduring the phrases, “Oh, you just sprained it pretty bad” to “I don’t know,” from numerous doctors, a specialist was finally able to diagnose my condition.
